1. About these terms
These Terms & Conditions govern the mobile tyre fitting and roadside assistance services provided by Black Eagle Tyres ("we", "us", "our") of TODO_PLACEHOLDER_REGISTERED_ADDRESS. By booking a callout with us, you ("the customer") agree to these terms.
2. Our services
We provide mobile tyre fitting, emergency flat tyre and puncture assistance, tyre replacement, locking wheel nut removal, and fleet/commercial tyre services, delivered at your home, workplace, or roadside location across our coverage area.
3. Quotes and pricing
We provide a quote over the phone based on the information you give us (vehicle, tyre size, location and nature of the fault) before dispatching a technician. The final price may differ from the initial quote if, on inspection, the vehicle or tyre requires different parts or work than originally described — in which case we will confirm any revised price with you before proceeding.
4. Booking and callouts
Callouts are booked by phone. We aim to respond within 60 minutes across most of our coverage area, but this is a target, not a guarantee — actual response times may vary due to traffic, weather, vehicle access, or demand. We will keep you informed of any expected delay where reasonably possible.
5. Payment
We accept payment by debit/credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, bank transfer, and cash. Payment is due on completion of the work unless otherwise agreed in advance.
6. Cancellations
You may cancel a booked callout at any time before a technician is dispatched at no charge. If a technician has already been dispatched to your location, a callout fee may apply — TODO_PLACEHOLDER_CANCELLATION_FEE_DETAILS.
7. Warranty
Tyres supplied are covered by the relevant manufacturer's warranty. Our fitting workmanship is guaranteed for a period of TODO_PLACEHOLDER_WARRANTY_PERIOD from the date of fitting, covering defects in fitting only — this does not cover damage caused by subsequent road hazards, misuse, or normal wear and tear.
8. Your responsibilities
To allow us to carry out the work safely and efficiently, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information about your vehicle and location when booking
- Ensure our technician has safe and reasonable access to your vehicle
- Provide the locking wheel nut key where one exists, where possible
- Make payment promptly on completion of the work
9. Liability
We are not liable for pre-existing damage to your vehicle, or for damage arising from underlying faults not related to the work carried out. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under English law. Subject to that, our liability for any other loss is limited to TODO_PLACEHOLDER_LIABILITY_LIMIT.
10. Force majeure
We will not be liable for any delay or failure to perform our obligations where this is caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including extreme weather, traffic incidents, or other events outside our control.
11. Complaints
If you're not satisfied with our service, please contact us using the details below so we can try to resolve the issue. TODO_PLACEHOLDER_COMPLAINTS_PROCEDURE_DETAILS (e.g. ADR scheme membership, if applicable).
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
